As if a loss wasn’t enough the grieving process comes next. Loss and grief are partners.
The holiday season is here, and the expectation is that this is supposed to be a time of happiness and joy.
However, if you are grieving any loss, it may seem hard to find hope in dark days or strength to celebrate.
