How to Choose the Perfect Word of the Year
Choosing a word of the year is a great alternative to doing New Year's resolutions. Which I'm not a big fan of because I don't, they've never worked for me.
I personally don't know anyone else they've ever worked for, and the research shows that about 99% of us give up by January 19th. Plus, there are a lot of other ways to fulfill one's purpose, to accomplish goals, to live our best life to to make changes.
And the practice of choosing a Word of the year is that instead of setting a lot of different New Year's resolutions, you just select one single word to be your focus or purpose for the year.
And besides, another thing about those New Year's resolutions is, , we can change our lives at any time. All right, so back to our word of the year and how we're going to do it. You can use this word to set your goals or intentions for each area of your life.
